Instructions
Preparing the dough
  1. Take both the flours and mix with salt. Sieve the mixture well.
  2. Now, in a big bowl add the flours and ghee and knead to make dough. Add water when necessary.
  3. Divide this dough into 4 portions.
Preparing the stuff
  1. In a pan, add some ghee.
  2. Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds.
  3. Saute until they crackle.
  4. Now, add the green chillies and saute for a minute.
  5. Now, add the mashed peas and salt. Saute for about a minute.
  6. Remove the pan from the stove, and allow the mixture to cool completely.
  7. Divide this mixture too into 4 portions.
Preparing the Paratha
  1. Take one dough and roll it out into a circle using some flour for rolling.
  2. Place the stuffing in the centre.
  3. Bring together all the sides of the centre and seal tightly.
  4. Till it again into a bigger circle.
  5. Heat a pan and place the paratha when the pan is hot.
  6. Cook until its golden brown on both sides. Use 1/4 teaspoon of oil.
