Green-Orange Dotted Rice Recipe
A healthy rice dish you can make for celebrations.
Instructions
  1. Boil rice with lemon juice and salt.
  2. When done, remove from heat and drain any excess water.
  3. In a pan, heat butter and add garlic, green chillies, carrots and cream.
  4. Cook for a minute till the cream is absorbed but the veggies do not change colour.
  5. Add to the rice and mix well.
