  1. Pour luke warm water into a small bowl; stir in honey until dissolved. Add the yeast, stirring until dissolved. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; stir well to combine. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. Punch down the risen dough on a floured surface. Divide into two equal portions. Allow the dough to relax for a minute, and then roll each portion out into a thin circle. Place on lightly oiled pizza pans.
  5. To make the pizza sauce, Heat a pan over a medium high heat and coat it with cooking spray. Sauté the onion in the pan for three minuets then add the garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in the wine and cook for 30 seconds. Add the oregano, tomato paste, black pepper, red pepper, and tomatoes. Turn the heat down and simmer for 20 minutes until thick. Remove from the heat, stir in the vinegar, and allow cooling.
  6. For Tandoori Chicken, combine first 5 ingredients, coat the chicken breast with the resulting mixture (plastic gloves will keep your hands from turning red). Pour the butter over the marinating chicken breasts and stir to coat well. Prepare hot grill; grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side (discard marinade). Remove from the grill and set a side. Once cooled, cut the chicken in to small strips.
  7. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough then add the ½ cup of mozzarella cheese Top with chicken and rest of the pizza toppings. Sprinkle on rest of the mozzarella and Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with cilantro.
