Golden Girls Cheesecake Recipe

Happy World Cheesecake Day! We hope we’re the first ones to wish you on this wonderful day dedicated to the sweet, creamy desserts.

Cheesecakes have proved to be one of the world’s favourite desserts in the past year, helped along, we’re sure, by various references to them in popular culture. In the TV show, FRIENDS, for instance Rachel and Chandler become so addicted to a particular cheesecake that they resort to stealing it from their neighbour and eating it of the floor.

Another show where cheesecakes constantly make their appearance is Golden Girls. Here’s a clip that shows just how important cheesecakes are:

Most often, the cheesecakes they enjoy are plain. In honour of Golden girls and World Cheesecake Day, we’re sharing a recipe for a plain, no bake cheesecake that is deliciously mouth-watering. Feel free to have a full one today, or serve it as a dessert after lunch, dinner or as a snack.
