Wake up to lovely, fluffy, healthy pancakes that will just take your breath away.
Ingredients
For the flour mix
Instructions
  1. Beat milk, oil, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Mix together flour, Muesli, baking powder, sugar and salt in another bowl.
  3. Add flour mix to wet mixture, stirring until just blended.
  4. Heat a large skillet on medium heat and lightly oil.
  5. Drop about 2 tablespoons of batter onto pan.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  7. Cook until browned on the bottom; flip; cook other side.
Recipe Notes

If pancakes are browning too quickly, reduce heat further to low
