Gilmore Girls love to eat and just can’t resist a pepperoni pizza! Since we come close to their level of food worship, here’s a recipe of delicious egg rolls from the Chinese takeouts that the girls order. Now you won’t even have to order. 😉

Mix in the garlic and ginger powder well into the pork using your hands.
Cook the pork in a skillet and once it is cooked through keep it aside for resting.
Keep the oil for heating and till it does mix flour and water in a bowl to make a paste.
Mix the cabbage carrots and pork in another bowl and set aside.
Place a dollop of the batter onto the rolls and roll it up and seal using the flour paste.
Make all the rolls in the similar manner and then fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Drain the oil and serve the rolls hot and some sesame seeds sprinkled on them as garnish.
