- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion minced
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup broth
- 2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni and drain.
- Brown the beef with the onion and garlic.
- Add the soup, water and sugar to the beef mixture.
- Add the macaroni and stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
