BURNT GARLIC SOYA CHILLI PRAWNS
Instructions
  1. Heat Sesame oil in a wok. Add the crushed garlic and dry red chilli. Sautee till fragrant.
  2. Add the Prawns and sauté.
  3. Throw in the salt, black pepper, mirin and rice wine vinegar. Cook for two-three minutes till prawns are cooked through.
  4. Remove prawns onto a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and sweet chili sauce. Serve immediately.
