Instructions
  1. Mix the oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste together.
  2. Toss the lamb chops in the mixture and roast for 10 minutes in an oven.
  3. Pour in the remaining marinade and roast for another five minutes.
  4. Serve.
