• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

1. Take the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl mixing them till well combined.
2. Now add in milk, egg and oil.
3. Mix till you get a smooth batter.
4. Heat oil in a pan and ladle the batter on it.
5. Cook till both sides are brown and serve hot.
