Science may not be that complicated after all. In fact, it’s not complicated at all when it gives us a new way of eating chocolate. It will emulsify even those who aren’t big-time fans of chocolate OR cooking. Check out this easy recipe that gives an airy twist to Chocolate!

Instructions
  1. Combine the water and chocolate in a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes
  3. Now dissolve the soy lecithin into the chocolate mixture and beat with a hand blender or eggbeater to create foam
  4. Put the foam in the freezer and voila!
  5. Either slice or spoon the foam and serve immediately
