Print Recipe Frozen Chocolate Wind
Combine the water and chocolate in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes
Now dissolve the soy lecithin into the chocolate mixture and beat with a hand blender or eggbeater to create foam
Put the foam in the freezer and voila!
Either slice or spoon the foam and serve immediately
