Instructions
  1. Keep the oven on preheat at 325 F.
  2. Use butter to grease the baking pan.
  3. Whisk cream, butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl.
  4. Once you get a smooth mixture, whisk in the egg along with one-third cup of peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Now fold in the oats and pour the batter in the baking pan spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top as soon as you take it out of the oven.
  8. Let it melt down for 5 minutes and then spread over the top using a spatula.
  9. Now let it cool down and make the glaze meanwhile.
  10. Mix the confectioners’ sugar and one-fourth cup of peanut butter and whisk till smooth.
  11. Now add milk little by little while stirring.
  12. Once it is smooth enough to pour, drizzle it over the cooled down bar.
  13. Cut up the bar the way you like and enjoy peanut butter fingers.
