Caramelised Bananas with Nutella Powder

Dear Nutella, say hello to Science!
If you live for Nutella, you are going to die for this recipe! Maltodextrin might sound complicated but is an extremely easy ingredient to work with once you have understood the concept behind it. So let the experiment begin!

Instructions
  1. Whisk Nutella and Maltodextrin manually then place in a mixer and blend for only a few seconds, then shake it with your hand and repeat the process until you obtain a fluffy Nutella powder.
  2. Cut bananas lengthwise and coat them with sugar.
  3. Heat a pan and place the bananas on it. Cook until golden brown from each side.
  4. Serve it with Nutella powder and enjoy it melt in your mouth.
  5. Try the powder with any other fruit you prefer.
