Ingredients

fresh pineapple

ounce
Cointreau or any other orange liqueur

ounce
vodka
1
ounce
champagne
1
maraschino cherry
Instructions
Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add the vodka and pineapple juice and stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne. Garnish!
