Flirtini: Vodka & Champagne
Like its name suggests, this vodka cocktail is as fun as it sounds! Mix up a bit of vodka with champagne and get in that citrus flavor and you’ve got a belter of a cocktail!

- 2 pieces fresh pineapple
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or any other orange liqueur
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce champagne
- 1 maraschino cherry

- Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add the vodka and pineapple juice and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne. Garnish!
