Fishy Feast
    1. Soak the red chilies, all the whole spices and the ginger and garlic in toddy vinegar overnight.
    2. Grind all these ingredients to a paste.
    3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onions for a minute.
    4. Stir in the sugar and take the pan off the stove.
    5. Add this onion sugar mixture to the ground paste and stir well.
    6. Stuff the pomfret with the paste and sprinkle it with salt and lime juice.
    7. Allow the fish to marinade in a fridge for an hour.
    8. Fry the fish for 7-8 minutes on each side.
    9. Serve the pomfret hot and enjoy!
