Fish Popcorn Honey Lemon
Deep fried fish popcorns cooked with onion, fresh red chillies, honey and lemon.

  1. Slice fresh red chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and saute.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the fish popcorns, one by one, and deep fry till golden.
  3. Add onion cubes to the pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add red chillies and dark soy sauce and mix.
  4. Drain fish popcorn from the kadai and add to the pan and mix.
  5. Roughly slice spring onions along with a little stem and add to the pan. Add lemon juice, honey and salt and mix well.
  6. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot immediately.
