Burri-to in a Hurry
Take your breakfast plans to Mexico with this power packed Burrito.
    1. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté onion and peppers until softened, add beans and cook for 4 mins and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Transfer the contents into a bowl.
    3. Warm the tortilla in a pan.
    4. Spread each tortilla with 1 tbsp of salsa and sour cream, and other layer 1/4 cup beans mixture,1/3 scrambled egg and cheese, diced avocado , season with salt & pepper.
    5. Roll the Burrito and enjoy.
