Broc’ your World
Broccoli lends incredible flavour to this soup. It’s creamy yet light. I wouldn’t mind having this for a meal with a warm slice of garlic bread.
Instructions
  1. Saute first six ingredients is butter.
  2. Add blanched broccoli and stock water let roll boil once.
  3. Add seasoning and remove from fire.
  4. Strain and grind, add the liquid and mix .
  5. Will get six portions approximately.
