Ingredients
- 150 grams garlic chopped
- 75 gm Chili flakes
- 75 gm celery chopped
- 6.5 kgs Mushroom
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 cubes Maggie cube
- 25 ml lime juice
- 75 ml Tahini sauce
- salt to taste
- 500 gms Olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare a marinade with chopped garlic, chili flakes, chopped celery, honey, vegetable Maggie cubes, lime juice, tahini sauce and olive oil.
- Create a homogenous mixture
- Slice mushroom and marinate it for 1 hour in the above marinade mixture
- Pan grill it for 10 minutes and serve
