Instructions
  1. Crush strawberries in a big bowl and put it in a saucepan along with the sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Place the saucepan on a low flame and heat till the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Then put the flame on high heat and bring the jam to a boil.
  4. Keep boiling while stirring frequentlytill the temperature reaches 220 .
  5. Turn off the gas and transfer the hot jam into sterile jars leaving 1/2 inch space between the jam and the lid.
  6. Place the tightly shut jars into a water bath and process for about ten minutes.
  7. Refrigerate once cool and enjoy.
