Egg, Egg, Eggy!
A delicious egg stir up!

  1. Put the peas in a little water and microwave them for a minute.
  2. Fry the bay leaf, the cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves in the oil for thirty seconds.
  3. Then add the onions and salt to taste and leave to cook for 12-15 minutes, sautéing occasionally.
  4. Stir in the ginger and garlic and continue sautéing for five minutes.
  5. Then add the tomato pulp and green chiles and stir well.
  6. Cook for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the spice powders and then add the eggs.
  8. Add a little more salt and mix until the eggs are completely coated with the masala.
  9. Then, add the peas and garam masala and add a few tablespoons of water.
  10. Allow the eggs to cook for a couple more minutes until they become fairly dry.
  11. Remove from the stove and serve!
