Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease an 8 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine 1 cup of flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  6. Toss blueberries with remaining 2 Tbsp flour.
  7. Fold in blueberries and cream cheese blocks into the batter and pour into the pan.
  8. In a small bowl, combine flour and sugar.
  9. Cut in butter until crumbly, with your fingers or a fork.
  10. Sprinkle over batter and bake for about 40 – 45 minutes.
  11. Top with fresh blueberries or blueberry jam to serve warm.
