Marzipan Recipe
We’re just about to celebrate Easter; what are your plans? To us, Easter means marzipan. Here’s a recipe to try.

  1. Combine the sugar, almonds and vanilla seeds together.
  2. Cut in the eggs and orange juice.
  3. Knead into a smooth dough over a floured surface.
  4. Shape into a ball and cool.
  5. Dust a surface with icing sugar and roll the marzipan into a 40 cm circle.
  6. Flip and cover with icing sugar two or three times.
  7. Serve the marzipan atop a cake or refrigerate.
