Going Green
I do like green eggs and ham.
Instructions
  1. Combine the arguala, parsley, basil and cheese together.
  2. Blend these ingredients in a food processor, adding a little olive oil until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Season this paste with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk the eggs and mix in 1/4 cup of the paste.
  5. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the egg mixture until it is scrambled (3-4 minutes).
  6. Serve with the ham.
