Bombay Masala Sandwich Recipe
A delicious, spicy sandwich.

    Instructions
    1. On a bread slice spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise, place onion, beetroot, tomato, potato and sprinkle salt and pepper.
    2. Spread remaining mayonnaise on the other bread slice and club both slices together.
    3. Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
