Delicious salmon finger sandwiches.
minced1 tsp garlic, minced
ground black pepper
slices of bread
cut to 1/4finger slices.
Combine the butter, chives, dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Stir well until well combined.
Spread this mixture over the slices of bread.
Place the salmon over half of the slices and top them with the other slices.
Wrap the sandwiches in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Take out of the fridge and cut off the crusts if desired.
