Instructions
  1. Dry roast the dhaniya seeds till a nice aroma rises and it starts browning.
  2. Roast the red chilis, pepper and jeera separately and cool down everything.
  3. Grind all the roasted items along with salt and add the garlic and run the mixer again once or twice.
  4. Store in an air tight container.
  5. Serve with rice.
