Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dewar's 12
- 3/4 ounce Lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup
- 1/4 ounce Craigellachie 13 whiskey
- 3 quarter size slices of ginger

Instructions
- Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker, and add the remaining ingredients except for the Craigellachie 13.
- Fill the shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
- Double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, and float the Craigellachie on top. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
