Instructions
  1. In a Salad Bowl, mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and sunflower seeds. Next add in the currants, raisins, lemon juice, salt and pepper. If you’d like it sweeter, add in more currants and raisins.
  2. You can also add any seasonings of your choice. Mix in the honey, or drizzle on top after serving, and you’re ready to detox.
