Desperate Housewives Gabrielle's Enchiladas Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Heat up an iron skillet and cook the beef in it for 10 minutes till it turns brown.
Drain the beef and add onion, sour cream, cheddar, and pepper.
Mix it well, cover and keep aside.
In a pan put the bell pepper, water, cumin, garlic and tomato sauce and give it a boil while stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat once the puree comes to a boil and simmer for five minutes.
Pour the mixture into a pie plate and begin dipping the tortillas till they are covered by the sauce.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 portions and put each portion on a tortilla.
Roll the tortilla around the filling and put them on a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and bake them for 20 minutes till it bubbles.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped onions, shredded cheese and sour cream.
