Crucomber: Vodka & Fresh Cucumber
It’s officially summer, and cucumber cocktails have never been so popular. A little vodka, some fresh cucumber and some citrus and you’ve officially got yourself a cracking cocktail!

- 2 ounces vodka
- 3/4 ounce fresh cucumber puree
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 lemon balm leaf
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

- Hit the lemon balm leaf to release flavor.
- Add cucumber puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh cucumber.
