Add some cream into your life
This masala chicken gets creamified.
    1. Combine the chicken pieces, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, coriander, lime juice and 1 tbsp of oil in a bowl and mix well to coat the chicken with the spices
    2. Add some oil into a shallow pan and add the chicken and the marinade
    3. Fry for about 6-8 minutes
    4. Heat oil in another pan and add onions and chilli and fry for 3-4 minutes until the onions turn soft
    5. Add the turmeric to the onion mixture and fry further for 1 minute
    6. Lower the heat and add in the cream. Let it simmer for 2-3
    7. Add the chicken pieces into the cream curry and simmer until the chicken is cooked
    8. Add the lemon juice and serve with hot rice
