Tiranga Paneer Tikka Recipe

on

Step up your Republic Day celebration with Courtyard by Marriott’s uber patriotic Tiranga Paneer Tikka by Chef Saroj Muduli, Executive Sous Chef, Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram Downtown.

The dish is a tri-colour take on the classic North Indian paneer tikka. Unlike regular “patriotic paneer tikkas”, this one’s not just a sequence of three paneer cubes marinated in orange, cream, and green marinades. This one is extra special as the paneer is stuffed with the three marinades and then char-grilled to delicious perfection. Super easy to make and a treat to the palate, this recipe is absolutely a must this 26th January!

Follow the recipe below to grill up a patriotic storm at home.
