  1. Boil the dal overnight with butter and milk.
  2. Heat ghee in the pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add tomato gravy and dal.
  4. Add salt and butter.
  5. Garnish with kasoori methi and cream.
  6. Serve hot.
