Instructions
  1. Blend corn with cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
  2. Add chopped onions and maida to the corn paste. Adjust the consistency of the paste by adding more maids.
  3. Make flat round cakes of the corn paste.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the corn vadas till golden-brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Adjust the spice by adding more chilies.
You could even add corn kernels to the corn paste before making the vadais.
