Ingredients

egg yolk

dijon mustard

olive oil

white wine vinegar

Lemon juice

salt and more for taste

Instructions
Combine egg yolk, mustard and salt.
Now add half the oil in small portions while constantly whisking.
Once the oil is mixed in, begin whisking in lemon juice and vinegar.
Now pour in the remaining oil and whisk till well combined.
Once the mixture is smooth, add more salt and add pepper as well according to taste and mix.
