Delicious Namkeen For Tea Time!
Keep the peas soaked in water overnight.
Strain and dry the peas and heat some oil for frying.
Now one by one fry the peas, groundnuts, cashews, poha and bengal gram.
Drain excess oil from all and put them in a mixing bowl.
Roast the curry leaves for about a minute and add them to the mixing bowl as well.
Now add the sev, boondi, raisins, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, mango powder to the bowl and mix it all till well combined.
Store in an air-tight jar till later use.
