Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large wok and add half the poha to it.
  2. Once the poha is double in size, remove it and drain excess oil.
  3. Repeat with the remaining poha.
  4. Fry the groundnuts in the same oil and drain the excess oil.
  5. In a bowl mix sugar, salt and citric acid.
  6. Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan, add turmeric and toss the fried poha in it.
  7. Cool the poha down completely.
  8. Now add groundnuts, sev, raisins, sugar mix and toss it well.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
