Sumptuous Gulab Jamuns!
Dissolve the sugar in water and cook for 8 minutes.
Make a sugar syrup of one thread consistency.
Turn off the flame and sprinkle saffron.
Mix together khoya, maida, milk powder and arrowroot flour to form a dough.
Make 30 balls out of the dough and deep fry in hot ghee.
Fry the jamuns till dark brown in colour and drain excess oil.
Put them immediately into warm sugar syrup.
