Coffee Truffle Recipe
An easy dessert that combines two of our favourite flavours - chocolate and coffee. Chocolate rounds with a creamy center that has an extra kick of coffee powder.

Instructions
  1. Heat the fresh cream in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from the flame, add the white chocolate and coffee concoction and mix very well to get a smooth sauce
  3. Transfer into a bowl, cool slightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  4. Scoop the mixture with a melon scooper or spoon
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave
  6. Cool till about room temperature. It should still be at liquid consistence
  7. Dip each scooped ball into the melted chocolate. Drain the excess off
  8. Refrigerate the chocolate truffles for 30 minutes
  9. Garnish with white chocolate stripes
  10. Serve or store refrigerated in an air-tight container
