Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C
  2. Place the parchment paper or aluminium foil on cookies sheets
  3. In a bowl, add the four, coconut and salt and mix until combined
  4. Add the condensed milk and vanilla
  5. Using your hands, mix well until fully combined
  6. Use a ice cream scooper to make dough ball and place them on the cookie sheets
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until coconut is toasted
