Instructions
  1. Slightly flatten each prawn with your hand and set aside. In a shallow bowl, place flour and coat the prawns in it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and 2 tablespoons cold water.
  3. Combine the coconut and breadcrumbs in a plate. Dip one prawn in the egg mixture, breadcrumbs and keep aside. Follow this for the rest of the prawns.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the coated prawns for a good 2 minutes and serve hot with aioli.
