Ingredients

• 3/4 ounce Cointreau or any other orange liqueur
• 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
• 3/4 ounce Lemon juice
• ice
• sugar for the rim

Instructions

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has had its outside rim rubbed with lemon juice and dipped in sugar. One of the classics, recreated for your enjoyment.
