Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan
  2. When heated, add the onion, capsicum, carrot and mushroom and fry until the vegetables become soft
  3. Add the salt, pepper and sage. Stir and cook until the mixture is coated well.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of this mixture on the bread cubes and toss well
  6. Repeat until the entire mixture is used
  7. Serve it hot

If you are cooking a turkey, you can put this stuffing inside the turkey and bake it. It can also be had as a snack.
