Take two cups of water and boil it.
Lower flame and add oats.
Let the oats simmer for a minute.
Now stir in sugar, butter, salt along with leftover water.
Pour the mixture in a bowl and let the temperature come to 110°F.
At this point add yeast and flour.
Beat the mixture till it forms a dough.
Knead with hands till smooth and put it in a bowl greased with butter.
Cover the bowl and leave the dough to rise for an hour.
Once the dough rises, divide it into 24 equal pieces and makes rolls.
Grease the baking sheets and place rolls on it.
Cover these trays and for another half an hour let the rolls rise.
Now bake the rolls for about 20 minutes or golden brown at 350°F.
