Instructions
  1. Begin by setting the oven to preheat at 375°F.
  2. Grease a baking sheet lightly with butter.
  3. In a bowl mix together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt till well combined.
  4. Make a sticky dough by mixing in the butter, dried cranberries and eggnog.
  5. Spread a little flour over the work surface and knead the dough and spread out a disk of 1/2 inch in thickness.
  6. Cut out round shaped using a cookie cutter, place these portion onto the baking tray.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes till the scones and golden brown.
