Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi With Chocolate!

  1. Combine the milk, chocolate chips and condensed milk together in a pan.
  2. Place the pan on medium heat and stir the mixture constantly until the chocolate melts completely.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Mix the crumbs in well and then add the pistachios.
  5. Once the mixture begins to form into a dough, remove it from the heat.
  6. Allow it to cool.
  7. Grease your hands with a little ghee.
  8. Shape pieces of the dough into modak balls using your hands or a modak mold.
  9. Enjoy!
