Romance on a Popsicle
Relive your favorite romantic moments and stay cool at the same time with these chocolate covered strawberry popsicles.

For the popsicles
  1. Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the pureed mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze molds for two hours.
For the chocolate
  1. Put the chocolate chips and oil into a saucepan and set it over medium heat.
  2. Keep stirring mixture until smooth.
  3. Once smooth, remove from heat and pour over frozen popsicles.
  4. Put popsicles back into the freezer for 10 – 15 minutes, and then serve.
Recipe Notes

When pouring the chocolate over the popsicles work fast as the chocolate will harden quickly.
